Leo Prusak
Leon J. Prusak is a domain expert with more than 43 years of experience in the fields of air traffic control and air traffic management. He currently works at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Associate. Previously he worked at CGH Technologies, Inc., PASSUR Aerospace, and the Federal Aviation Administration. His expertise was gained in managing the busiest airspace environment in the world. He was responsible for airports that served 10,000 flights per day and 120 million passengers annually. At Booz Allen Hamilton, his focus is on shaping the future of U.S. air traffic management through strategic partnerships and expert knowledge of tactical and operational use of the National Airspace System. His work in airport demand and capacity modeling, predictive analytics, decision support automation, and software solution design is renowned. Mr. Prusak served from 2017 to 2020 as Chairman of the National Airspace System Operations subcommittee of the FAA Research, Engineering, and Development Advisory Committee. He created the globally deployed Plan, Execute, Review, Train, Improve (PERTI) process for air traffic management.
