Jill Surdek

Jill Surdek is a senior airline executive with more than 20 years of experience at American Airlines, where she led large global teams across revenue management, sales, branding, onboard food and beverage, customer experience, airport planning, lounges, and flight service. Her leadership experience includes implementing integration programs, driving operational and customer satisfaction results, and designing customer experience products. She also led the Amazon Logistics team for the Central Division, responsible for last-mile delivery operations. Jill holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and is a graduate of Boston College.
