Tim Campbell

Tim Campbell is an aviation executive and advisor with over 35 years of experience transforming airline operations through engineering rigor, financial discipline, and technology innovation. Beginning his career as an aeronautical engineer at Boeing, he advanced through leadership roles at Northwest Airlines and Compass Airlines before serving as SVP Air Operations for American Airlines Group, where he drove key integration milestones during the American–US Airways merger. Tim later held senior roles at PASSUR Aerospace and IBS Software, advising on predictive analytics, global expansion, and operational technology strategy. Today, through MVC Consulting, he supports strategic engagements in the UAV/eVTOL and ATM/UTM ecosystem. He holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Seattle University.
