Mark Hopkins

Mr. Hopkins brings over four decades of experience in airline operations and air traffic management. He recently retired from Delta Air Lines, where he served as Director of Air Traffic Management and Collaborative Decision Making (CDM).

A recognized authority in CDM, he spent much of his career advancing data-driven, collaborative approaches to improve system performance. He served as Delta’s primary liaison to the Federal Aviation Administration and played a key role in major modernization initiatives.

Mr. Hopkins has held industry leadership roles with Airlines for America and International Air Transport Association, helping shape traffic flow management, CDM practices, and NextGen priorities.
