Lee Moak

Lee Moak is a senior aviation executive, board director, and retired U.S. Navy Commander with more than four decades of leadership experience across commercial aviation, military aviation, safety, labor, and emerging aerospace technology. A former President of the Air Line Pilots Association, International, he represented more than 50,000 pilots and played a leading role in advancing aviation safety, regulatory policy, and pilot professionalism across North America.

Moak currently serves on the boards of several aviation and aerospace companies, including Wheels Up, Aeroméxico, Tropic Ocean Airways, and Reliable Robotics, with a particular focus on safety, governance, operational performance, and the practical integration of new aviation technologies. His career has bridged the cockpit, boardroom, and policy arena, giving him a broad perspective on how aviation organizations operate, modernize, and manage risk.

A retired naval aviator and former Marine Corps fighter pilot, Moak is a TOPGUN graduate and has accumulated more than 15,000 flight hours. He brings deep operational judgment, safety expertise, and strategic insight to organizations navigating the future of aviation.
